This relaxed fit peplum blouse is sleeveless and has an elasticated waist. The frilly ruffles can be worn tucked out for a little flourish or tucked into itself for a voluminous blouson look.

The Thalia Top is made with a lightweight European cotton seersucker. It is fully lined.
